Product Description Kashmiri badam is Smaller in size as compared to California almonds and have 40% more oil than California almonds. Also called as ‘Kashmiri badam giri’ or ‘Kashmiri ’. Kashmiri almonds are famous all over the world for their rich oil content. Unlike California, Kashmiri badam has no specific size and shape. Each tree has its own unique colour and shape. Also the taste varies from tree to tree. These badams are an excellent source of vitamin E, magnesium and riboflavin, and have a rich fiber content. Some badams are quite smaller, while as some are bigger in size. Some have a very high oil content while some have comparably lesser.
